Shentel Awarded Grant to bring its Glo Fiber High-Speed Network to Frederick County, Maryland

July 13, 2022 Glo Fiber, powered by Shenandoah Telecommunications Company, announced a $10 million grant award from the Maryland Office of Statewide Broadband to deploy next generation fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) broadband services in Frederick County, MD. Breezeline Partners With State and Local Counties to Expand Broadband Reach in Rural Maryland

Breezeline, the eighth-largest cable operator in the U.S., will partner with state and local officialsin Maryland to extend the availability of broadband internet in Cecil, St. Mary’s and QueenAnne’s counties.
