24th Annual PA Cable PAC Pheasant Shoot
Please join BCAP and the PA Cable PAC for our annual Pheasant, Skeet and Trap Shoot fundraiser on Oct. 23-24, 2024. The fundraiser begins with a dinner with the Gans Family on Wednesday evening, to be followed by the main event on Thursday. Two sessions will be held after a hearty hunters breakfast. Prizes will be awarded.
You can bring your own firearm or one can be provided for you. Additionally, if the sport is new to you, you can request to be paired with an experienced participant.

7-10 p.m. – Dinner with the Gans Family

7:30-9 a.m. – Registration
7:30 a.m. – Hearty Hunters’ PAC Breakfast (contribution is $500; personal check only)
8:30 a.m. – Huntmaster Briefing
9 a.m. – Pheasant Shoot/Skeet & Trap Morning Session
Noon – Lunch
1 p.m. – Trap & Five Stand Afternoon Session
3 p.m. – Prizes
3:30 – Pickup of pheasants

From I-81, Exit 145 (West Hazleton): Take Route 93 NORTH. At approximately two miles, look for a BP station and market on your left (Conyngham Builders Supply is on the right). TURN LEFT on Rock Glen Road. Go approximately seven miles on this road. AFTER you pass Harman’s Funeral Home, on the right, take the first paved road (Boulevard Road) on the right (about one-half mile past Harman’s.) There is a WHITETAIL sign at this turn. Follow the road to the lodge.
From I-80, Exit 256 (Conyngham): Take Route 93 SOUTH. At approximately five miles, look for a BP station and market on your right (Conyngham Builders Supply is on the left). TURN RIGHT on Rock Glen Road. Go approximately seven miles on this road. AFTER you pass Harman’s Funeral Home, on the right, take the first paved road (Boulevard Road) on the right (about one-half mile past Harman’s.) There is a WHITETAIL sign at this turn. Follow the road to the lodge.
GPS: Whitetail Preserve is not located in Bloomsburg, although it has a Bloomsburg mailing address. For your GPS/navigation system, use this address: 118 Boulevard Road, Rock Glen PA 17815.
Accommodations: Hampton Inn, Hazleton (phone 570-454-3449)
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn in Hazleton, located just west of Exit 145 (West Hazleton) of I-81, off PA 93 at Top of the Eighties Road. The room rate is $169 – tax not included.
